Since huging is not a culture in Cambodia.. It migh take lots of courage and boldness to try that.... However, I believe that women in Cambodia think that you try to take advantage of her... and if a girl in Cambodia gives free hug, there will be tons of guys come and hug her.... Probably not a good idea.. Then the theme of giving free hug would change.... However, it is cool....
